Nibs for writing in Caps

So-- I hate writing in caps, I'm a script kinda gal. Normally, I wouldn't even say I'd do it for someone, BUT a good friend of mine is getting married and I told her I'd help her with her envelopes, place cards, etc. not realizing she'd ask me to do the one thing on envelopes I hate most: all caps.

Any suggestions for easily writing in caps and making it look consistent and awesome? The salutation and names she'd like done in script with the addresses in caps. I'd love any and all feedback! Thanks!

I'd use a stiff nib that way you can still have thicks and thins but they'd be easier to keep consistent. Maybe Nikko G?
